The 39-year-old paired it with black leggings and black Nike trainers.

The couple share two children from their marriage, five-year-old Rainbow Aurora and two-year-old Forest Leonardo Antonio.

Holly first made a name for herself while starring on The Girls Next Door, a reality series about Playboy founder Hugh Hefner’s live-in girlfriends.

Holly became one of Hugh’s girlfriends and moved into the Playboy Mansion in August, 2001.
